Through my life I have been on plenty of diets some that have worked and others that haven’t. But the key to most of them is to never give up till you have succeeded. All you have to do is find the diet that will pertain to you. In order to be on a diet you have to like the diet. So before you go on a diet there are some questions you need to ask yourself. How often do you eat a day? Are your snacks considered meals? Do you Exercise enough? Do you drink enough water through the day?

First you want to think about how much you eat during the day and you need to realize on the things that you need to cut out of your diet and eat more nutritional. But you don’t have to cut everything out because if you’re craving something it will just get worse. So what you want to do is tame you cravings by having a portion of you’re your cravings want.

Make sure when you go for a snack during the day to grab proportional sized items like an apple, banana, peach, grapes, or watermelon. But whatever you decide make sure it is not like a plate of nachos or pizza be very proportional.

Always ask yourself am I exercising enough because fitness is the best thing for you health. Maybe instead of parking in front of the movies park towards the end that way you walk further. Perhaps make it a note to go out at night to do some walking, biking or running. Exercising is the key part to dieting and losing the fat. The more you exercise the more fat you’re going to burn off.

The most important question to ask yourself before you start a diet is do you drink enough water. You always want to make sure you drink enough water because if you don’t you could get dehydrated and faint. This is never a good thing and could happen to people who are working out and haven’t had enough to drink. It is always a good idea to drink 8 glasses of water a day to keep your body hydrated.

In conclusion make sure before you start any diet ask yourself do I drink enough water and if you don’t start to keep up with your hydration. Also ask yourself am I eating right and decide how your meals and snacks are going to be when you start your diet. Last, always make sure you exercise because that is that best and easiest way to lose weight on a diet.
