What I did to combat this, is I wrote my list as above and thought of all the ways that the things on my list had got in the way in the past and at first I became angry, boy I was livid. Guess what happened, my preparation paid off and I achieved my goals. Friends (saboteur’s) even told me they admired how strong I had become and they even sort my advice without any prompting on my part, which was really tremendous.

Listen up and Listen good you will double your results if you write down your plan and implement it without straying.

Write out the following sub headings and then write your plan under each sub heading, in a note book

goals
weight
measurements
exercise regime / schedule

Use another note book for a food diary, here you will write down everything that you eat and drink throughout the day. It is important to do it after each meal, not at the end of the day. You have another job at days end and that is to go through your food diary with a calorie counter ( a small book with the calorie count of each food item listed) which is available from most good book stores. Add up the total and check that you are on target. Look at the foods you have eaten and astrix anything that was bad. Please do not beat yourself up or feel too guilty, use it as a tool to keeping on track in getting rid of that weight forever.

Execution
Effort here equals results, if you do not put in the effort the only person that you are betraying is yourself, what price can you put on happiness, it is the one and only true commodity that is priceless, you know I am right!
Stick to your plan, there really is no excuse for missing out a workout, I find that when I feel too tired to carryout my exercise program and drag myself out of bed I usually end up having the best workout and feel amazing afterward.

If you have scheduled a a meet with your personal trainer at 1 pm, go and do it at that scheduled time, have your gear prepared the night before, I forgot my running shoes, please! (refer to para one).

Once again, write down all your completed workouts, this information will become invaluable for further planning and assessing your progress.

That’s right You heard it right, jogging is the best exercise that will propel you to your fat loss goals so fast that you will probably get a nose bleed. All joking aside, jogging is the number one exercise that you should be focusing all your efforts on if you are serious about losing fat .

What you will need to get started is some suitable clothing dependent on the season your country is in , a set of trainers, a bottle of water and a safe place in which to jog. Due to times we live in I need to stress that safety does not just mean traffic these days, it also covers such things as jogging alone at night or in a lonely park or country area with little or no other people around.

I have found it to be very beneficial to get your self a note book and write down your goals and work out your jogging sessions ahead of time, I suggest that you jog every other day to prevent suffering an injury or worse burning out completely and giving up all together.

There’s no doubt about it jogging burns calories and it burns bucket fulls of them and not only while you are jogging but for many hours after wards and will set your metabolism on fire .

Remember this is not a race so set yourself a gentle pace and as you get fitter you will naturally start to increase the pace and find that youno longer suffer from breathlessness . All you do is start jogging and when you need a rest you rest passively by walking but do not stop. Once you get your breath back you start jogging and so on and so on.
