		<description>Honestly, I eat pretty much everything I eat when I don't diet, except I eat certain things in moderation (sweets, heavy fats, etc.) and control my portions.  I also eat every three hours, with snacks between meals.  If you restrict your food choices, you have a greater chance of giving up on your diet or binging; eat whatever you want, but do it in moderation, and you'll be fine.</description>
