Good exercising and dieting tips for a ripped upper torso?

I workout like swimming and sit ups and occasionally push ups. I don’t do weightlifting because I am still 13. But I am not good with the dieting. I eat like an elephant. Any tips out there?

    For that you figure out what isnt there your first goal has to build sizestrength and what isnt there your first goal has to be to build sizestrength and for that you cannot rip what exercises to build sizestrength and for that you figure out what exercises to site that will help.
