How do you prevent weight gain while fasting and crash dieting? Esp. when you are going to be working out relaly hard? I know that the body can go 75 days without food provided it has plenty of water, but if you want to go beyond 75 days, how do you prevent weight gain?

    For ur body has to use it when eat to stay alive it stores it when need fuel if have calories to burn while working out wont store as much fat wouldnt suggest crash dieting or fasting on account that it when eat.
