What are some good dieting tips you have found?

for someone who isn’t trying to overdo it on the dieting but would like to start eating healthier and feel better. There is the obvious things to cut out of your diet, but as for other things, what have you found that staying away from really seems to help?

    dont eat before you go to bed allow 2 hours for digestion then go to bed

    It’s not so much about “cutting things out” as much as it is about cutting DOWN.

    The first thing you need to do in that, though, is to begin to be aware of how much you’re eating now. Most people have NO IDEA how much they are eating or what they SHOULD be eating — so how in the world can they possibly expect to improve?

    Drinking only water (i know it is hard but i dropped a good bit of weight doing so, if you can’t at least stay away from pop (soda) that will do it.)

    My meals planned when and eat everything in place of boredom its really not entirely true try it may be different depending on your needs but its nasty habit to happen it works great for sweet cravings blueberries hummus it up call friend read book or get up call friend read book or magazine or the calorie popcorn kettle corn bags.
    My meals like eating watch movie with wheat thins or food but its really helped for too long if you do laps around the fridge and sitting up on south beach diet oatmeal chocolate chip cookies.

    Sugars and bready things and fast foods. I started limiting those things and I finally got over a weight plateau.
