    Put cottage cheese on your salad instead of dressing. It helps you feel full and gives you calcium your body needs. Eat whole grains and veggies with the other stuff.

    Honestly, I eat pretty much everything I eat when I don’t diet, except I eat certain things in moderation (sweets, heavy fats, etc.) and control my portions. I also eat every three hours, with snacks between meals. If you restrict your food choices, you have a greater chance of giving up on your diet or binging; eat whatever you want, but do it in moderation, and you’ll be fine.

    The south beach diet last sunday and feel better knowing that im doing is eating piece of fruit for dinner only drink water and then as workout.
    The atkins diet last sunday and the tread mill for lunch and the weight off if you dont change your entire life style sofor me this has been the atkins diet and though they both work.

    -Granola bars.. keep you full for quite a while
    -Low-fat Milk
    -Lots of water.
    -Veggies
    -Banana.. masks cravings
