I need to lose 100 pounds which means that I am overweight. I wanted to know the best way to lose those pounds without having surgery or extreme dieting. I am on weight watchers right now. I walk for thirty to forty five minutes each day.

    instead of walking when you feel up to it jog and then eventually run, and if your walking i’d say walk fast and uphill or nothing will change, you have to sweat, make sure you sweat, also just cut back on the calories, try eating right all week and saturday you can have 1 or 2 bad things liek som echips or a cookie, if that too hard maybe have like a bite of a chocolate bar one day, but not the whole thing..also instead of bread, melba toast! its awesome
